As part of the growth and business integration, Top Srl and the other companies of the group have moved in recent months to the new headquarters in Giussano in Via Monte Grappa in the renowned building by the architect Piero Lissoni, built between 2008 and 2011 on a total area of 20,000 square meters.
The building was raised paying particular attention to the respect for the environment. In fact, the most modern construction systems have been adopted, also providing for the use of alternative energies including photovoltaic panels, which will guarantee the company full energy autonomy while also allowing the total elimination of the emission of pollutants such as CO2. The project also includes district heating powered by a biomass power plant.
The building has two different faces: during the day a building with a white, solid and opaque colour that reflects the light of the sun, and during the night a luminous container that propagates light. Great space was given to the use of large transparent windows in the office area.
