FSP is a line CNC machine to drill and insert glue and dowel in horizontal elements that make up the furniture, it enables to work two pieces with different dimensions at the same time. The machine is composed by two areas of work, a motorized belt between them, automatically managed by the CN software, enables to move the panel from the first area of work to the second one.
The dowel insertion groups with nozzles pitch 64 and 96 mm are installed next to the independent drilling aggregates and automatically fed by the vibrating bowl. FSP can be configured with extra aggregates to insert other types of fittings like different types of shelf supports.
The machine is equipped with motorized belts to load and unload the panels.
