{"id":2201,"date":"2019-04-08T10:45:11","date_gmt":"2019-04-08T08:45:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.t-o-p.it\/?page_id=2201"},"modified":"2026-07-03T16:15:46","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T14:15:46","slug":"emblemx","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.t-o-p.it\/en\/impianti\/emblemx\/","title":{"rendered":"EmblemX"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2609&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>EMBLEM X<\/strong> is a CNC in line workstation to customise the panels during the glue and drawer rails insertion phases.<\/p>\n<p>The panel is loaded into the machine and registered on a pneumatic zero stop and during the processing it is handled by two motorized belts.<\/p>\n<p>The glue is inserted through a nozzle head configurable according to the customer\u2019s requirements and fed by a high pressure glue pump.<\/p>\n<p>The drawer rails can be loaded into the machine using three different modes: from carts with manual loading, from trays or directly from europallets.
